Lawyer specialized in Industrial Law and Intellectual Property. Degree in Law, University of Rome “La Sapienza” (2000) and attainment of the LLM – Master in Industrial and Intellectual Property University of Alicante, Spain (2003).
Member of the Rome Bar since 2007 and European Consultant for trademarks, designs and models at the EUIPO since 2007. In 2007 he conceived and edited the portal & nbsp; Marchiodimpresa.it, dealing with the creation and revision of legal content.
In 2010 he founded the Intellectual Property Law Firm Merico Legal, providing legal advice to Italian SMEs for the protection and enhancement of their intangible assets in Italy and abroad.
In 2021 he founded Marchiodimpresa Srl, to protect and enhance the brands, models and industrial designs of companies, and Koselig Srl, through which Coworking services are provided to companies and professionals, who are then also assisted for the opening of new businesses.
